Der legendäre “Banjo-Bus” kehrt Ende 2019 zur 11. Tournee des Kult-Festivals zurück und macht dabei am 1. Dezember auch wieder in München halt.
An Bord sind 3 US-amerikanische Top-Bands:
Hoot and Holler mit authentisch-modernem Americana-Folk sind zwei Straßen-Troubadoure aus North Carolina. Das Trio The Price Sisters aus Kentucky spielt weiblichen Bluegrass, gewürzt mit Mandolinen- und Geigensoli.
Progessiver, rockiger Jamgrass von Chicken Wire Empire aus Wisconsin zeigt, wie erfrischend anders und wilder man Bluegrass auch spielen kann. Traditionell versammeln sich zum großen Finale alle MusikerInnen auf der Bühne zur gemeinsamen Begegnung mit dem Publikum: ein würdiger und traditioneller Abschluss jedes Jamborees.
